The food was delicious. My steak was a little underdone initially but came back fine after a short trip back to the grill. Would be nice if I could order a smaller steak when getting a combo. Seemed overpriced, but it was delicious and appeared to be high quality. They had a good crowd so I guess you charge what the market allows.請問這對你有幫助嗎?

The appatizers were outstanding. Their spinach artichoke dip is the best I’ve ever had. The salt and pepper shrimp my mother had was great. The redfish my dad had was also great. The service was exemplary. We never had to wait for or ask for a drink refill! The dessert mini trio was tasty. The only problem I had was with the 50$ filet that was my entree. I was expecting an amazingly tender, fairly naked, cooked medium rare to perfection tasty piece of meat. What I got was an amazingly tender cooked medium rare to perfection piece of meat that was liberally coated in black pepper. Unfortunately I couldn’t much taste the steak that I knew must have a really good flavor. It just tasted far to heavily of black pepper. I’m NOT a fan of black pepper so it would have been nice for the menu to include that information. But because I don’t like black pepper I had both my parents taste it as well, as they like black pepper just fine. They both also thought that it was way heavy on the black pepper. We all thought that it was odd to have a place that is known for their high meat quality do something that places that don’t have high quality meat do to mask the lack of flavor of their low quality meat! If I’m going to eat a steak then I want to taste the steak! If I’m gonna pay for a 50$ steak then I REALLY want to taste amazing steak! Next time if I’m feeling like a steak I’ll ask for no black pepper!請問這對你有幫助嗎?

Hard to beat CARVE for quality, selection and ambiance. Our server Brian was the highlight though. Friendly, professional, he checked in at the perfect frequency to take care of us, but not disrupt a great conversation on date night. Have him make you a Smoky Wild Fashioned, a smoldering new take on an Old Fashioned.請問這對你有幫助嗎?
