I recently had the pleasure of dining at Carve American Grille in Austin, Texas, and it was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. The highlight of the meal was absolutely the scallop pasta—an exceptional dish that truly stood out. The scallops were perfectly seared, tender, and paired beautifully with a rich, flavorful pasta that was cooked to perfection. The balance of flavors, along with a touch of freshness from the herbs and vegetables, made each bite a delightful experience. What truly made our evening special, however, was the outstanding service. Our server went above and beyond to make sure we felt taken care of, especially making the birthday guest feel like royalty. She was attentive, warm, and thoughtful, ensuring that the celebration went smoothly and that every need was met with a smile. From the personalized touches to her impeccable attention to detail, her service elevated the entire dining experience. Overall, Carve American Grille delivered an amazing meal paired with exceptional hospitality. It's a place I’d highly recommend for anyone looking to enjoy fantastic food and outstanding service in Austin!

The booths are problematic for more than 3 people. Too long for conversation between people at the ends (no one sits on the wide front side). By the kitchen is worse due to noise. Ask for a 4 top away from the kitchen. We have not eaten in the room to the left, and perhaps that is better.

The food is on par with the south location. The service was off. It took until after the food arrived to get a glass of wine. Asked for a regular pour and was charged with a carve pour. We had a birthday in the party. The dessert took another 30 minutes to arrive after we asked for the check and to just cancel it.

Excellent food and drinks, but it was a bit noisy. We were seated in a booth and it was difficult to hear our own conversation from on end of the booth to the other. I would still recommend it.

Our server Sonar was outstanding. Good drinks and appetizers. Was a little surprising there was no local vodka at the bar (Tito's, Deep Eddy, Dripping Springs, etc). Meals were good but all three had too much salt and one too much garlic. They were cooked well and preparation was good. Overall good but not great experience.
