Welcome to Carve Kitchen + Meatery, a premium casual dining experience in a bright and inviting space. Specializing in exceptional steaks, our menu goes beyond with everything from succulent chicken dishes to enticing vegan offerings. We’re committed to sourcing ingredients locally wherever possible and cultivate some of our produce in an onsite garden.

    The Christmas Dinner was absolutely phenomenal! Portions were excellent, staff was attentive and extremely accommodating. Best Restaurant meal we’ve had since moving to Campbell River, and one of the best of all time! Thank-you for a lovely evening! Don and Melanie Whittaker

    Decided to treat ourselves to Christmas breakfast. Very pleased with our choice of coming to Carve. Maybe it will be a Christmas tradition.

    Overall a good experience. Food average. Service slow. Took a long time to get coffee refills (coffee goes cold so quickly in their small shallow cups) and waited 15 minutes to get our bill. Server could have ironed his shirt.

    So good from start to finish! Our server was excellent and attentive. The food was amazing in all aspects, presentation, portion size and taste. Time between courses was appropriate to both enjoyment of our food and conversation. It was a classy amazing experience and we will be back. Thank you Carve for a beautiful experience!

    Special, beautifully prepared and presented plates of food. The seasonings are subtle and blended. The portions are excellent, so one can enjoy several courses without becoming full, just well satisfied. Have been several times, each was different and each was excellent. Enjoy!

    Celebrated a birthday with lunch at Carve. Impeccable service! Wait staff is super attentive. Food + drink were amazing. 10/10 rec., will definitely go back.

    Our experience at the breakfast was amazing! Santa was great, pics before and then he came around to all the tables. The food was phenomenal! The kids had so so so much fun!

    The trimming on top of food was thinly cut parsnips which were overcooked and much like eating dried leather. The main meal was ok
