Course 1 - Mozuko "Noodle", Course 2 - Sashimi, Course 3 - Seafood dumpling & truffle, Course 4 - Nigiri, Course 5 - Panko Scallop, cauliflower, potato puree, shishito peppers, Course 6 - Grilled A5 Wagu, Course 7 - Black Rice ice-cream.
