   Holy cow. My first time dining at Sushi M (Cary) was pretty incredible. I knew I was in for a treat when my bowl of miso soup was so rich and delicious. Had one small plate (3 types of raw tuna to try...which was really fun and interesting...it turns out that I liked the most fatty tuna and husband favored the least fatty). Next we had 2 rolls. The Dynomite Roll was served wNigeria! Scrumptious and the Mango roll was too die for and a great contrast to the warm roll. The raw fish was so good that it just melted away in my mouth, so next time I'm going for nigiri! Service excellent...beware of asking for the "freshly grated wasabi" just because we tried it and it surprised us when the melon-ball sized dollop came back as $20 on the bill and honestly, we couldn't tell the difference between the fancy stuff and the $20 stuff. Other than that I would have to very highly recommend...a seat at the sushi bar is a great date spot! Follow up with a Gelato from across the street. :)

   Sadly the ratings are maxed out at 5… thus dining experience was about 100. There was no mistaking the professionalism displayed at every turn here from the first interaction with the hostess to the thank “thank you and we hope to see you again soon” from the manager. Our server was well trained and made us feel welcomed. He explained each dish and how to best enjoy each morsel without being preaching… the waitstaff worked as a team supporting each other so well. Now to the food… so fresh and expertly prepared… every component was balanced perfectly, taste, texture, temperature… all presented in a way to experience maximum dining pleasure. Thank you all so much for a most memorable dining experience at every level. Our party of 4 is still glowing…
