This is our second time dining at Casa Chow... we loved it. Sadly some of the menu items we really enjoyed on our first visit were no longer on the menu at our visit less than two weeks later, but the food was still very tasty and service was very good. Thank you!

They have the right ingredients to make it a good night out. Stuff ups with QR code ordering: didn’t know how to refund things. Wait for simple drinks for over forty minutes. Food came out twenty minutes apart. It made for a more stressful dining experience because of this. Would not go back

Very attentive staff, comfortable and private seating and really tasty food. I also love that when I said it was my birthday as our dessert arrived the waiter came back with a birthday cake with candles and a sparkler. The shared menus were very good value. Highly recommend.

This is the second time we’ve dined at Casa Chow and we were unfortunately disappointed. The table we were allocated was wet and in the rain. The hostess then left us to arrange a chair, but she never came back, so we had to organise our own seating and move some tables around and wipe down a chair with a cloth left on a table in order to sit down. We also had to grab menus from another table. Our drinks arrived first and my cocktail was missing the alcohol and we had to ask a few times to receive water. Food was delicious but our side of steamed vegetables was forgotten about. It arrived to the table well after we’d finished our mains, and only after we asked. We ordered a second round of drinks but these also never arrived, so we decided to leave. Staff were incredibly busy and seemed short staffed, which could be why we didn’t have great service.

We celebrated a 90th birthday on a Saturday lunchtime. The service was good and helpful, the food was excellent and we enjoyed a very comfortable dining experience for all ages ranging from 10 to 90. Would highly recommend to anyone.
