Marvelous dinner experience. Prompt and friendly service, and the food was outstanding. Highly recommend the black ink seafood risotto and the grilled octopus. Nice wine list. Close to Trump Doral (less than 10 min/ 2 mi) where we were staying and we are so glad we tried Casa Mariano!

Beautiful restaurant , the service was excellent our servers did everything possible to make us feel welcome. Our servers name was Carlos G was very helpful and in total control of our table needs. Food was delicious! We will definitely return!

Everything great as always. The ambience music needs to improve. For a calm elegant dining experience, on the last two times we cane, at some point it’s starting to play some kind of soanish pop rock that is disturbing.

Excelente como siempre, la comida, la atención y la calidad! No tenían mi Postre favorito que es el Tiramisú de Hazelnut … casi me da un ataque!…. Y había una mesa con unas personas hablando en voz muy alta que molestaba! De resto todo muy bien!

I have visited Casa Mariano many times, and in my opinion, it’s the best restaurant in Doral. The kitchen combines Mediterranean flair with excellent quality and innovation. The service is always outstanding—you can tell the staff has received top-notch training. One thing I really appreciate is their excellent wine selection. They offer unique options you don’t typically find elsewhere, and they don’t overcharge for them. Many great bottles are priced below $60, which is refreshing and adds to the overall experience. The only downside is the acoustics, which are usually not great. Yesterday, it was particularly bad due to a loud, drunken customer. However, I must commend the staff—they apologized, asked the customer to calm down, and handled the situation as best as they could. With individuals like that, there’s always a risk of escalation, so kudos to the team for managing it professionally despite the disruption. Overall, Casa Mariano remains one of my top choices, and I highly recommend it!
