We were sat after waiting 50 minutes despite the fact of having a reservation. I noticed they were seating parties that came in long after us. I asked the hostess what was taking so long and she said they were waiting for people to finish paying to give us a table. When we were finally sat I noticed that all the parties that were sat before us were also on the dock, so it seemed the hostess that had given our table away early. We didn’t get an apology and they acted like nothing was wrong. Btw I am a long standing customer

I love this restaurant! Its a wonderful taste experience. You close your eyes and each taste takes you somewhere diffeent. The truffle edame is to die for! The popcorn in chili sauce which is graits is a delight. The sticky Chino ribs yun. And the ah tuna fresh and tasty. We split forur deserts at our table and they were all good. Love this place.

This is now our favorite place when we visit Fort Lauderdale. Food is amazing and the service is outstanding! We absolutely loved it!

We celebrated Christmas at Casa Sensi. Given the reviews, we were disappointed in the service and food. Overall everything tasted fine, but we were expecting unique and delicious. We ordered a variety of items, and the octopus was the best. From a service perspective, our waiter was constantly distracted and we had to ask the staff to clear plates/serving dishes for us twice. If a server cannot find a spot on the table for a new dish because there are completely empty serving dishes, one would think the server would clear the empty dishes...not so at Casa Sensi. If you try this restaurant, go for the ambiance. It is beautiful if you can get a spot on the dock.

The restaurant failed to inform patrons that on Christmas Eve they will close the kitchen at 6:30pm and expect everyone to clear out by 7:30. We were led to believe that they are fully open for Christmas Eve dinner, just booked up after 6pm and not accepting later reservation. As a result service was rushed: main course came almost at the same time as appetizers. We were refused a dessert as ‘kitchen was closed’ although they don’t bake a cake at the time of order, they just wanted us gone. The place had no Christmas decor at all. There were three of us and they had the temerity to automatically add a 20% gratuity to the bill as they were hurrying us out the door. We were absolutely disgusted with the experience.

Go there so often. A bit too often simply because the food is delicious and the service is always good. Chris was our waiter who was super nice and constantly checked on our table. Food is made to order but def worth the wait. I would have gave it 5 stars but I asked for my meal without specific veggies that come in the meal but my meal was full of them. Chris offered to get me a new meal but I didn’t want to hassle or have them throw the meal away and waste food so I just picked out the veggies an put it on a separate plate. My husband ordered his steak cooked “medium” and chef cooked it medium well which made the steak tougher and Chris offered to switch it out and hubby chose to eat it as it was. Chris bringing it to the managers attention shows staff does care about their customers….. EXACTLY the reason why we keep going back. Food is delicious and service as always, is top tier. Their is one minor thing I did notice that I’m not too thrilled about is that they automatically charge a 20% tip already included in the bill. I know a lot of places do that when it’s a party of 6 or more however, it was only 3 of us. I ALWAYS tip my servers but I think I should be at my discretion.

While pricey, the food is always good, terrific variety and combinations. Last night’s service was I’ve the top. Friendly, very attentive for the moment we walked in. Had dinner in the patio.
