Had dinner here a few nights before and was outstanding.
Brought our friends this time and arrived on time at 9pm … as we walked in we were greeted and they told us we had 5 - 10 minutes to order as the kitchen was closing
What a joke!
I advised online it showed they were open until 11pm and why would you allow us to book a 9pm reservation at kitchen closing tjme and he responded that all of Aspen will be asleep before 11pm?
Very off putting…. We made the best of it and our server was actually lovely and did what she could to make the meal enjoyable and not rushed but it was and out of her control.
Management handled this terribly and lost our business for the future. Back to Acquolina from now on, they would never treat us that way.
We redirected about 5 couples at our hotel to Acquolina instead of casa tua.

It would be nice if your team could remove the public response on open table, that response states I booked at 8:30 pm, and then your team accommodated my request to move it to 9pm (complete lie) and also states I dined there until 11:45pm??
That public response is ridiculous!
I replied to that but it only allows a private response now and so on open table it looks like my complaint is not valid and paints me in a bad light

While we do regret that you had a negative experience with us, we do want to clear a couple of things up. Your reservation was originally scheduled for a half-hour prior to when you actually arrived at the restaurant. Our manager on duty did in fact tell you that we would have absolutely no problem accommodating you, and that you could sit and dine with us as long as you wished, however, with our posted hours as closing at 9:30PM, it is perfectly reasonable to have politely asked to expedite your food orders, as you did arrive late, quite close to our closing time. As it shows here, you did end up dining with us until 11:45pm that evening. There is nowhere online that shows our hours as closing at 11pm. We are glad that you enjoyed your food and your server provided great service.
