   We were so looking forward to trying this restaurant and celebrating a family birthday and had a very mediocre experience and the worst service I’ve experienced in a very long time. The timing of our meal was off from appetizers arriving while we were still holding menus, drinks came out after appetizers ,3 entrees arrived 10 minutes before the last 2. My son’s $70 ribeye came out basically raw and when we yyold the waitress, she was very condescending and shamed him for ordering it wrong. My son orders steak at every restaurant he goes to and this was most definitely not cooked to the correct temperature, which is a fair mistake, but no need for the rudeness from the server. Our water glasses were not refilled and we had to wait quite awhile for our waitress to come around so we could ask for water. While we were enjoying our desserts, we all had empty glasses and no drinks. Beautiful ambience, but for the money and for our special night , it was quite disappointing.

   Food was great and fresh, most importantly, it was served hot. Service was anticipatory. Tim was our server and took time to explain the menu. Touched our table a few times and refilled drinks without even asking for it. Restaurant was busy even on a weekday! Noise level is a bit high and you can barely hear each other talk. Seating is a bit tight and could use a bit more privacy from the next table. Valet parking is a plus!

   Food was very good. Service was decent but after the server took the order, he never came by to ask us how everything was. noise level extremely loud in the dining area. It was very hard to talk and very uncomfortable because of this.

   Server messed up many times. Food came out at different times, birthday cake was not brought correctly… it was SO loud could barely hear the person sitting right next to me.

   Food was uneven and not very creative. The ambience is better than the food. Appetizers were better than entrées, but they need more contrasts in their flavors. Everything we had only had one note. The straciatelli would have benefited from some acid like balsamic. The kale and white beef salad could have used some tartness like Goji berries and some crunch with nuts. The lasagna was just creamy, it needed to be punched up, maybe some sun-dried tomatoes or pesto. That’s basically how I felt about everything.
