Castello Ristorante offers a taste of Italy to diners in Vaughan and surrounding area. Favorite antipasto selections at Castello Ristorante include Calamari Fritti, Salmone Affumicato, Polenta Fries and Cozze Marinara.

Some local favorites from the pasta menu include Gnocchi Tre Formaggi, Rice Pasta Primavera, Fettucine Cremosa and Rigatoni Profumo Di Bosco. Other popular entrees include, Veal Amalfi, Pollo Scottato, Bistecca & Patatine Fritte and Salmone Glassato. Guests can also choose from a selection of stone oven pizzas at Castello Ristorante and the restaurant also offers catering for special occasions and events, as well.

          First time to this restaurant. The food was exceptional very tasteful. Service was very personal and the atmosphere was quite elegant but yet very comfortable and welcoming. The lasagna is the best we have ever had the salad were crispy and fresh. Will definitely return. Thank you for a wonderful evening

          Beautiful atmosphere and the food was good too. Drinks are kind of pricey but it’s also located in Vaughan so it makes sense. The arancini balls were absolutely delicious! The calamari was yummy too. We had a wonderful time at this restaurant.

          Terrible experience. Large 50th birthday party hosted during our dinner with DJ and music that sounded like you were in a night club. We were seated in a corner along a veil partition, separating the large party with those that were just dining. We couldn’t hear each other speaking. Our corner seat was in a 45 degree angle, round table, not even the waiter could serve us properly. They clearly noted that our table was squashed and were later offered to be seated in a more spacious table which we declined as we were already there for some time. The food was over priced. I’ve heard from others of the overpricing but thought to give it a try for our anniversary. $20 for a hand full of little pieces of calamari and an extra $10 to add 6 shrimps? 1/2 the calamari serving elsewhere! $300 bill for 2 personal size pizzas, 2 salads and 2 pappardelle, 2 beers and 2 bottles of water and fried calamari/shrimps. Dessert would have been $15 each. 2 espressos were not charged, i guess their way of apologizing for the overpowering noise? Very dissatisfied customer.

          I went for lunch, menu is typical Irtlian, nothing special. That being said, the food was good, but again, typical. I would not go out of my way to go there for dinner.

          Our server was amazing (unfortunately I can remember her name) but she was working 3 parties on the top floor and was very attentive to everyone not to mention she was going up and down the stairs repeatedly. We’ll definitely be visiting again!
