    Come celebrate with us at the Castillo Craft Bar + Kitchen where our culinary team has prepared an experience for all to enjoy! We will be offering a 4 course prefix menu for our dining experince only available on Valentines Day. We are requiring a $25 non refundable deposit per guest that will be applied to the final bill. The event is $125 per person plus tax and 20% service charge. In addition, we will have beverage pairings available with the menu for an additional charge.

    My mom and I had such a great experience at Castillo Craft Bar & Kitchen. I cannot thank the staff enough for obliging my special request. I brought my mom here for her birthday and requested a menu without the prices listed so that she would be able to pick out what she wanted without having to feel guilt over the cost to me. They had the special menu ready to go at check in! The food was incredible, I think our favorite was the Brussels sprouts for appetizer! Kendall was our server, she was attentive and very helpful! We’ll be back, thank you so much!

    Overall the experience was ok, our server did her best. The steaks were tough, and overall my experience with beef, not a high quality beef. Drinks from the bar were done correctly and the salads were delicious

    food and menu were whack. service was nice place was pretty but menu was terrible

    I would avoid the events at this place, I can’t speak for the normal dinner service. We chose to cut short a $150 New Years Eve 5 course meal to go eat hot dogs in the park. When the first meat (fish) showed up 2 hours in and one was poorly cooked, and the other was cooked properly but was a poor cut of meat that tasted like it was frozen, then cooked earlier, then reheated for us. We sent it back and asked for bread- which turned out to be frozen in the middle. Oysters from an earlier course were from a can. The waitress didn’t explain what the food was or what would happen next- she never even told us her name. We were made to wait for a table that was open the whole time. I had to ask the hostess to send a waitress over when she never came over. The restaurant failed in every aspect. Then we asked and received a partial refund. I’ll never come back to this place, and wouldn’t even consider the hotel because of it.

    Unfortunately we found this place overpriced for the quality of the food. Staff extremely rude over the phone and not willing to accommodate dinner for a 3 year old toddler.

    The restaurant was absolutely gorgeous and although the staff was very nice service was extremely slow and it seemed like there was no rush to even bring our food out all at the same time. It took them forever to bring coffee and water out and the dishes were good but not outstanding or for that matter even very hot when arriving.

    We had a reservation and the host placed us right at the entrance. We asked for a table beside us that was the same size and further in the restaurant and were told it was already reserved. We had a reservation and arrived first so that didn’t make sense. The table sat empty at night. No biggie but would have made for a better experience for us.
