If I could give this restaurant zero stars, I would. Imagine having a 12:45 brunch reservation and arriving at an empty restaurant. We were seated promptly and given time to look at the menu before our waitress approached us for our order. When I inquired about the rice bowls, she gave me a look that screamed "pick something else." I decided to go for breakfast instead of lunch and asked about their most popular dish. She recommended the Country Breakfast Skillet, supposedly a popular choice. My son ordered the Belgium Waffle, my daughter the French Toast with chocolate chips, and for appetizers, we chose the Spicy Honey Garlic wings. Our drinks were a Mango Bellini, a Mimosa, and a glass of orange juice.
The wings arrived in a timely manner, but the drinks came after the appetizers. I’ve never had a Mimosa or Bellini with ice in it! Despite this, the wings were tasty, and we enjoyed them.
At 1:35, our waitress asked if we wanted another round of mimosas, and we agreed. I also inquired about our food, and she assured us it would be out shortly. Five minutes later, our meals arrived. My Country Breakfast Skillet was served in an oversized skillet that could have held twice the portion I was given. To make matters worse, my son's waffle was cold, and my daughter's French Toast was incorrect—they brought her S’mores instead of chocolate chips. We had to wait again for them to redo it. The menu claimed it was brioche bread, but it looked like regular Wonder Bread. And then there was the syrup, thicker than Mrs.Butterworth’s syrup and not the quality syrup that you would expect to get in a restaurant.
I asked for the bill, as our second round of drinks had still not arrived. The manager came over after overhearing our dissatisfaction, and I reiterated how unhappy I was. When the bill came, I paid and left, vowing never to return.
The waitress was pleasant, but this was the worst exam I've had at a restaurant. A complete waste of time and money.
