                                                                                        The ambience of Catch is amazing! So many places to take cute photos. Started off ordering a gin martini at the bar, it was delicious. I ended up ordering another at our table. Once we sat down, the vibe was great in the restaurant. Service was exceptional. We started off with some oysters and they were some of the best oysters I’ve ever had. Our server gave us a recommendation to do family style and he told us his favorite dishes. All of the dishes were amazing! Hard to choose which one was best, the sushi was so good(got the Catch roll and some sashimi), but I think the Brazino was my favorite dish. It was super flavorful and hit the spot. Only thing I wasn’t a fan of was the Donut Wonder Wheel dessert they had. It was sub par, but everything else made up for it. Service was 10/10. I wish I remembered our servers name, as he deserves the recognition. His service was exceptional! A little pricey but not bad. I would eat there again, it’s worth it and everyone I was with enjoyed it.

                                                                                        We wanted to try something upscale while in Vegas. Catch Restaurant seemed like a good choice but proved to be a wrong choice. The food was small portions, okay in flavor and just minimal display. Prices were very high for what we had. Although we understand having seafood in the middle of dry land is a tough job, but paying so much for a average meal is not acceptable.

                                                                                        Outstanding meal at CATCH! The variety of tastes were mouthwatering - cauliflower and miso cod lettuce cup appetizers should not be missed. The Branzino was cooked to perfection. We shared the entree so we could save room for dessert. The Carnival Wheel and Hit Me chocolate cake were to die for…make that reservation now for this delectable experience!

                                                                                        Catch was easy to find in Aria. The staff was prompt in seating us, and the interior was beautiful. This is one of those places in Vegas where it is all about quality over quantity. The food is expensive but delicious. We had the Toro appetizer which melted in our mouths. As entrees, we had the Branzino and the Salmon. Each dish was perfectly cooked and beautifully presented. The table next to us had the Kobe appetizer and they couldn't stop raving about it. Great place to go for an elegant dinner.

                                                                                        We spent more than $400 for dinner for 3 people. One didn’t order an entree, only a salad. One person ordered 1 cocktail, the other two had water. The Spanish octopus was incredibly overcooked, it tasted like salty rubber. Overall a poor food experience for a lot of money.
