Always have a wonderful meal at Catch! Food is delicious, the mashed potatoes are amazing! Love the Caesar salad, the cocktails, the wine list, the staff are always attentive, shout out to Dylan Rose the sommelier who was incredible! Can’t wait to come back

It’s always the best dining experience at Catch Steak Aspen!! From the food, the ambiance, the music, and especially the staff - everything is the INCREDIBLE !! It’s one of my favorite places dine in town. Don’t miss out on the hand rolls, wagyu beef, or the mashed potatoes (: And be sure to check out any seasonal items as well. Excellent food , sushi roll was great. Salad was very tasty but huge. Steak done to perfection. Very expensive but it’s Aspen😎

Great food & service but you can’t have a conversation w out screaming to waiter or your companion. Noise levels are not conducive for dinner conversations. Wood floors, wood ceilings, both chairs are vinyl. Nothing to absorb the noise😥 😥
