Cathédrale is a French-Mediterranean restaurant by Tao Group Hospitality Chef/Partner Ralph Scamardella, in collaboration with Executive Chef Jason Hall (formerly of acclaimed restaurants like Gotham Bar & Grill, Anthos and Craft). The menu brings elemental, ingredient-driven cooking to the forefront, evoking the grandeur of the past while remaining contemporary in its execution. Dishes put pleasure over spectacle, taking inspiration from Southern France with traces of Italy, Spain and Greece as seen in our signature Potato Chip Omelette, Black Truffle Fettuccine, 14oz Entrecôte Au Poivre, as well as our 48 oz Mishima Reserve Wagyu Tomahawk.

Our final seating will be for guests looking to join us through the New Year! Seating in our Main Dining Room will be $250 per person, not including beverages, tax, and 20% gratuity. This will feature a special New Year’s Eve menu that will consist of our greatest hits. There will be a DJ, countdown to midnight, and a complimentary champagne toast! All guests joining us for the final seating must be 21+ years of age. All guests attending our final seating must prepay the per person amount. In the event that you need to cancel, we ask that all cancelations be made by Monday, December 23rd in order to receive a full refund. After the 23rd, they are non-refundable. Decreases in party size cannot use remaining minimum towards beverage.

Tardaron entre el primero y el segundo 50min, trajeron un filet mignon durísimo y seco. La música estaba altísima. No nos gustó y para lo que nos dieron carísimo. Es el quiero y no puedo ya que no hay calidad en la comida.

There were two issues that would prevent me from going to Cathedrale againL 1. It's a minor issue, but the restaurant has no tablecloths. That would be somewhat acceptable if the table was attractive, but in our case there were scratches in the wood finish, making the setting look cheap, and 2. A small plate (main course) of fettuccine was $61.00, nearly the same amount as a filet mignon. The few slices of tasteless truffle couldn't possibly account for price

French Onion soup was excellent. Main courses were over salted and over priced. Service was good but restaurant was loud. Likely won’t give it another try.

Our waiter insulted us, was rude the entire experience, and ruined our birthday dinner. A completely unacceptable hospitality experience, especially given the price. I am deeply upset and will not return if that is the level of service Cathedrale wants to promote. I’d love to get in touch with the management team to share this feedback. It’s the worst behavior of a waiter I’ve seen in 25 years in New York City.
