Excellent service and good food but it still hurts to pay triple the liquor store price for wine plus a tip on that.

Cattle Baron is always a classic and an OG on the steak scene in Calgary. We enjoyed our fun cocktails and appies and the king of steak Ribeyes which were done to perfection. But the best part was part was our server Peter - perfection where you needed it. He is there and on point for every step of your meal- drink empty he’s there to refill, dirty plates as soon as your finished are taken right off and food comes at exactly the right time. Peter you are a pro and great at what you do! We had a great experience and can’t wait to come back! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Wonderful service and the food was great, carrots could have been cooked a tad more..and dessert was delightful. We were celebrating a 13 year anniversary. Thought dessert might have been on the house. Definitely my favourite place to go.. family owned great service and close to home.

Love this restaurant. Great place to celebrate a special occasion. The steaks are perfectly done and the value is good although I did notice an increase in price from our last visit but I suppose that has happened everywhere. The service was outstanding! Highly recommend this restaurant.

The food and service was excellet ny peppercorn steak (med rare) and salmon salad , the espresso Martini were delicious , the only issue was the evening lighting was quite dim!
