Cedar + Elm is the heart of The Lodge at St. Edward State Park, a beautifully restored landmark hotel peacefully tucked away in a lush 326-acre forest just 30 minutes from Seattle.

Led by Executive Chef Luke Kolpin (Formerly of Noma and Bravo's Top Chef), Cedar + Elm’s menu is inspired by the undeniable spirit of the region we’re proud to call home. Every ingredient, flavor, and method of preparation is infused with an anchored authenticity. The bounty of each season informs our direction, culminating in familiar and approachable dishes with refined presentations and bold flavors.

Join us for breakfast, lunch, dinner, afternoon tea, or brunch, for an inspired Pacific Northwest dining experience. We also feature live music in our Tonsorium Bar Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday as well as all night happy hour Sunday through Thursday!

Join us in the charming Cedar + Elm dining room for a artfully curated dining experience, crafted course by course by the hands of Executive Chef Luke Kolpin. Experience the best of the bounty of each season through thoughtful renderings of Northwest cuisine with his signature Nordic touch, taken from years at restaurant NOMA in Copenhagen. Let us guide you through 5 courses of meticulously plated offerings, leaving nothing to be desired. Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance if any dietary restrictions or allergies need to be accommodated. Optional wine pairings are $65 per person. This experience will only be offered as advanced ticketing, and is only available on specific nights and in limited quantities. Not to be missed!

Join us at The Lodge at St Edward Park for a vibrant, festive and colorful night filled with live music, food, drink and festivities! Grab your mask and beads and meet in Tonsorium Bar and the historic Remington Ballroom for a night to remember! Local 6 piece Jazz ensemble UMAMI will be guiding us through the night with their eclectic and tasty rhythms, horns and unique blend of sounds. We'll have festive cocktails just for the occasion, King cakes, and great Cajun specials to indulge in. Tickets include access to the performance and light appetizers. Full bar and full dinner menu also available. Don't want to drive home for the night? Call the front desk to reserve our special room package instead! Party is 21+.

Join us in Tonsorium Bar and the Historic Remington Ballroom for a night of festive Irish fun and tradition! Local 4 piece band Dublin Abbey will be providing their signature Irish and Folk sounds. The Guinness will be flowing, and some great signature Irish cocktails and cuisine will be on the table! Tickets include entry to the performance, which runs from 6-10pm in Remington Ballroom, and a drink ticket for the Tonsorium Bar, along with all the other fun to be had on the first floor. Don't forget to come decked in green and maybe you'll end up with a little more gold to show for it. A night not to be missed by the lucky!

From start to finish, our anniversary dinner at Cedar + Elm was nothing short of extraordinary. Opting for the chef’s tasting menu, we were treated to a stunning progression of courses that showcased impeccable technique, creativity, and the finest ingredients. Each dish was perfectly balanced in flavor and beautifully presented. The wine pairings were equally impressive, thoughtfully curated to enhance every dish and elevate the entire dining experience. Our favorites included the starter crab bites, the sliced steak course, and the dessert to finish. What truly set the night apart, however, was the outstanding service. Our dining staff went above and beyond to ensure our anniversary was celebrated in the most memorable way. From personalized touches to warm and attentive hospitality, we felt genuinely cared for throughout the evening. The attention to detail and passion from the staff were evident in every aspect of the experience. Chef Luke took the time to show us the kitchen hearth and explain how he came to be here at Cedar + Elm. If you’re looking for an exceptional culinary journey, Cedar + Elm delivers on every level. We left feeling not only satisfied but truly inspired by the level of care and craftsmanship that went into every course. We can’t wait to return for another dinner service!

Best dinner I’ve had in a long time. The Gravlax and Pork Belly small plates started us off well and then the poussin was absolutely delicious. We rounded off the meal with a special dessert for our anniversary that blew us away. Big fan of the tiny earl grey marshmallows! Overall a fantastic evening. We will definitely be back.

Very innovative dishes (main and small) that were delightful. Ambience was subdued in high-walled, outward facing booths. It was a clever arrangement to accommodate larger boisterous parties and still have a romantic setting for couples. Service and presentation were flawless. Cocktails were creative, beautiful and delicious. Can’t think of one thing that could be better.

The food was Pacific Northwest with unique spice attractions to each dish. The wine pairings were spot on as was the service. We came for our anniversary but will visit again for date nights!

Our server, Jorge, was awesome. Food was great- all of it was pleasant. We came for lunch. We will be back. Eating out is expensive now anyplace you go.

This was a lovely experience. My one complaint: since the food was already on the table when we were seated, it was cold by the time we were ready to eat -- i.e. we waited until our tea arrived to begin eating.
