Restaurante y Wine Bar ubicado en el corazón del barrio de La Latina, dentro de un edificio de 1850, en lo que antes era la muralla cristiana de Madrid del siglo XI.
Cocina enfocada en el producto, de clásicos argentinos e influencia mediterránea.
Selección de vinos ecológicos, naturales y biodinámicos, de pequeños productores. Por botella y por copa.

Restaurant and Wine Bar situated within the heart of el barrio de La Latina neighborhood, in a building of the year 1850, among wood, steel and stone, in the bossom of the former Medieval Walls of Madrid, dating to the 11th century.
A product-oriented cuisine, of argentinian classic food with mediterranean influences.
Great variety of organic, natural and biodynamic wines, mostly from small producers. By the bottle and by the glass.

                              We visited this restaurant following a recommendation from a different restaurant where we had had an excellent meal. Pleasing the Cedron was equally as good. The food was excellent. The wine we ordered was out of stock, however the waiter's knowledge of wine was impressive and his recommendation was excellent at a similar price. If we were to return to Madrid we would have no hesitation in returning.

                              My husband and I had the flank steak and the veal meatballs with Karman wine. Everything was delicious, and the veal meatballs were especially amazing. If we ever visit Madrid again this will definitely be on our list to visit. Excellent service as well!

                              We visited Cedrón on our final evening in Madrid. It was the perfect opportunity to relax with good food and wine as we reflected on our lovely trip!

                              This restaurant only has indoor seating. We were only 1 of 3 couples inside. Food is good. Service is good. Wine list is outstanding. But unfortunately this restaurant is close to several lively restaurants with outdoor seating so I can understand why people may pass by it. I'm glad we enjoyed a meal here. We could not have been treated better.

                              I have made this réservation just on the comments of this website. When I arrived I Just did not understand why this place have that good comments. From the moment the owner « I guess » made us feel welcome. The menu got a totally diffèrent dimension. Well its not a star restaurant but its réal good honnest Food and the wines are really intersting. just a Pitty they dont have a terrace. Message at the owner or server, I really appreciated your service. Thans you and Good Luck. Victor

                              Made late reservations for three, arrived with open arms by the owner and were quickly sat down. Got an excellent wine recommendation and had a fantastic dinner.

                              Excellent service with advice for local wines. Had a wonderful meal, over ordered as usual, so … ok, still had a great desert. Highly recommend. Just one street off the Calla Cava, so great and quiet location to people watch.

                              A great find. Fairly small with somewhat rustic atmosphere. Very pleasant. Absolutely terrific wine selection at multiple price points. Menu options were about right in number -- but it was still hard to choose because they are all very interesting. Ended up having the Vitel Tonne (excellent) and the Argentine Skirt Steak (very good but needed a better steak knife). Very attentive service. Owner is very friendly and enthusiastic. Very enjoyable dinner!!!

                              Cedron was incredible. Everything we ordered was so tasty and good. We are a family of 5 and Cedron did not disappoint. I ordered the Mosquera Bacalao: Fish in a stew. It was so incredibly good and quite healthy. The appetizers we tried were also delicious. Great place. The only thing that threw us off was that there were not tables outside. But, it was a wonderful and quiet experience. A good rest from the usual loud fare.
