   Beautiful restaurant with amazing views. The guacamole appetizer was delicious! Our entrees were not as flavorful as expected. Service could have been better, our server didn’t ask if we wanted another cocktail and I had to ask to refill my water.

   Disappointing. Never seen Mexican food this over priced. Very loud restaurant, dress code not enforced, service felt rushed. No recognition by server that it was our anniversary, which we noted on reservation. This is definitely far from fine dining and disappointing considering how crazy the prices are, even for a high end hotel. We sat at a half booth, I sat on the bench which was positioned way too low making it seem like I was a child. My husband, in a regular chair was sitting at normal height. We laughed about it but really what an over sight on the design team. It’s really stupid how low the bench sits. Dessert, Maiz, was flavorless. Cappuccino was very tiny and way too strong served in a rough clay cup which was not nice to drink from. Definitely don’t recommend since there are many other better restaurants in the area.

   I had a great experience for my birthday dinner at Ceiba! The property is beautiful and we were able to watch the Disneyworld fireworks in the distance. The service was impeccable and the food was delicious! Ended up getting the birria tacos and guacamole as an appetizer.

   The view and accommodations were amazing. Our waitress was really sweet but the follow up attention and food was very disappointing. My wife's meal came and was not what she ordered, and by the time we were asked how our food was, I was finished with my meal. I only was asked once for a drink....I never was asked if I wanted another one. Again, staff and views were really nice, but for the money spent not worth it. If the attention and food was on point, I would have been thrilled to spend more money!

   Service was not what I expected. There were a lot of children running around but not their fault. Wouldn’t be my first choice to return to

   This restaurant is OUTSTANDING. We are world travelers and this restaurant is TOP. FOOD, AMBIANCE AND SERVICE. Tony is the best, he makes the best cocktails and his service is OUTSTANDING, First class service.. He gives the outstanding service and makes us feel like we are very special. Conrad is lucky to have you in their premises.

   Ceiba is a really nice restaurant. Good food, good drinks, great atmosphere, and fantastic service from Mimi. I was a little disappointed that I had made comments in the reservation regarding celebrating my wife’s birthday, there was no recognition from the greeter or the server. Other fine restaurants that I’ve made arrangements with through Open Table, have always shown some recognition. It was nice to say we’ve been there, but not really worth the high prices.

    Great experience, great atmosphere, and great food. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because I think we were the waiters last table for the night. For ex. when my husband insisted he was excited for dessert and he brought the menu, when he got his order he didn’t ask if I wanted anything and just left quickly (and I did want one but didn’t end up getting anything because I wasn’t sweating it.) Also, the waiter himself didn’t wish me a happy birthday.. (again not tripping just saying). I just think if this restaurant is wanting a star, those type of interactions are critical in not only getting one but maintaining a star. Overall we would still come back.
