Cha Ching is an Asian fusion concept restaurant where customer enjoys variety of Asian dishes on a table with Asian spiced drinks and cocktail for an affordable per dinner and lunch.
Synonymous with luck in Chinese culture, Cha Ching is a project three years in the making, from Owner & Head Chef Ken Leung.
From working in Hong Kong’s Michelin Star St George Restaurant in 2012 to experience in kitchens across Melbourne’s elite food scene, Ken’s hospitality experience spans over 15 years.
The result? Cha Ching’s menu is an homage to Asian cuisine, emboldened by the multiculturalism of Melbourne.

Food was average, drinks were diabetically sweet. Was excited to come here but left highly disappointed. We had two servers, one was great (she was asian), the other one was on the spectrum for sure, she was super rude, dropped used cutlery and some food scraps on a colleague of mine and I and did not apologise for doing so. Unfortunately another hyped place from tiktok, wouldn't come back.

The staff were very attentive and polite. The overall layout was well spaced and decent sized tables but found it quite noisy and had to raise my voice to hear what I was saying to my wife. Nice modern setting and extremely great value for money. Will definitely be coming back! Thank you for The excellent experience!

Every bite was absolutely delicious. Bubblegum martini was really fun (and contrary to his name it was not too sweet nor did it taste like bubblegum - it was delicious)

Great hidden gem. We ate at Cha Ching two nights in a row. Food and cocktails were consistent and service was fantastic. A must try place when your in Melbourne cbd.
