Discover CHAAK, nestled in the heart of Old Towne Tustin. A culinary gem honored with a 2024 Michelin Bib. Inspired by Executive Chef Gabbi Patrick’s Yucatecan roots, CHAAK features Mayan staples of pibil, recados, seafood, smoke, and exotic spices combined with her signature modern flare. The Yucatan peninsula's influence sets it apart, with Spanish, Caribbean, and Mediterranean influences, dense tropical climate, and deep Mayan culture roots.

Indulge in our signature dishes, like the Ceviche Campeche, Cochinita Pibil, Parrillada, & Branzino. Our menu boasts culinary delights like panuchos, salbutes, empanadas, pork belly tacos, enchiladas, almejas, tamal, bombas and much more. CHAAK is open for Dinner, lunch & brunch. Enjoy our full service craft bar, where expertly crafted cocktails and specially curated wines compliment the culinarily journey of CHAAK. Our server, Brian, was great. We were visiting for the first time, and he was great at making suggestions/recommendations for us. Our cocktails were fantastic! The food was delicious. Overall a great restaurant and experience

I’ve been to the restaurant many many times the food is always consistent and perfectly prepared. Service was a little off last night, but no deduction for that because it’s usually always spot on.

Our server, Ryan, explained the nuances if the menu and prevented us from over ordering. The food was definitely 5 Star.

I brought my life-long friends earlier tonight to celebrate my birthday and they loved every part of the experience: the amazing food, service and ambiance! A lovely meal. Tried so many dishes I would have never tried and enjoyed them all. The bread pudding with persimmon was amazing. Loved the enchiladas with the bite of the pickled onions. Only wish was that we had more attention to our beverages being empty.

The food is fabulous, best I ever had north of the border. The service by Sergio was impeccable. Sergio is do excellent waiter sharing with us the intricacies of the menu The libations were very special. I can only recommend El Jefe. Wine was excellent from Adobi Guadalupe from the VdG. Excellent selection. It was a great evening. A bit on the loud side as a group of 8, sitting right behind us, made its presence known. A fabulous evening

The food, as always, was fabulous. Such great flavors and unique ideas make this place a big favorite of mine. Service, organization and cleanliness are always top notch too. Cocktails match the food, pricey but very creative and excellent quality. Highly recommend this place for a splurge.
