With it’s corrugated iron and multicoloured fairy-light walls, and a Bollywood inspired mural by local artist R-mer, Chai Street on the High Street is our loud and proud city centre location. Open from noon every day of the week, this is the perfect place to grab delicious Kerala street food while your out shopping, before going to a match, or on your weekday lunch.
There is so much to do and see near Chai Street on the High Street, that it’s almost too much to count, but we can give it a try! You can go shopping in Cardiff’s famous arcades, learn a bit of history at Cardiff Castle, catch the rugby at the Principality Stadium, enjoy some comedy or music at the Motorpoint Arena, do some escape room puzzle solving, go and see a film at one of the many cinemas in the city centre, or listen to some live music at Clwb Ifor Bach or it’s neighbours on Womanby Street.
