Durante el día no es nada como la noche. El servicio fue mucho más atento por la noche, incluido el ambiente y la calidad de la comida, lo cual es muy extraño. Sigue siendo un lugar de amor, pero solo recomendaría las noches, ya que creo que es cuando tienen el mejor personal y chefs trabajando. During the day is nothing like the evening. The service was much more attentive in the evening, including the ambiance and quality of food which is very strange. Still a place o love but I would only recommend the evenings as I think that’s when they have the best staff and chefs working.

My sister and I were visiting Madrid recently. I was looking for a restaurant at walking distance f rom the hotel and I chose Chambao by mistake (I thought it was closer to my hotel). We had to take a taxi because it was about 10 miles away. However, once there, I fell in love with the decor, their server, their staff and their excellent service. Then there was the delicious food and Antonio’s, our server, state of the art service. I would go to that restaurant again and again. Long live Chambao!
