A local/chef owned steak and seafood concept, Chef Richard Chamberlain adds a culinary touch to regionally sourced aged prime beef, fresh fish & wild game. Combining friendly service and a warm comfortble atmosphere with specialties such as applewood smoked salmon, Texas wagyu potstickers, east coast oysters, lobster shrimp bisque, American bison strip loin, panko crusted lobster & filet mignon with whiskey peppercorn sauce. Five private dining rooms accommodating from 8, 24, 36, 55 & 100 people are available for private occasions such as anniversaries, corporate dinners & birthdays. Ask about our Chef cooking demonstrations for your group. Also check out our lounge next door featuring live music 5 nights a week. Brought my wife here for Valentine's day and had a great experience! We sent a round of drinks to the kitchen for their efforts. We will return and visit the cigar lounge as well. Even saw Emmitt Smith in the building. Thanks for your hard work

Took my wife there for Valentine’s Day. Food was great, service was great. The server brought over the check total came out to be $350, I took cash out of my pocket exactly $420 and left inside the book and left. About 30-45 minutes later I got a call from a manager name Robert. He told me I skimp out on the bill. I was really mad, I explain my side of the story so we were going back and forth and the guy just hung up on me. Very unprofessional for a big name restaurant. Not my fault you have a thief working for you! My first and last time coming to this restaurant!

This was by far the worst experience I have had at this restaurant, and we had come to celebrate my birthday. From the moment we were sat at our tiny table crammed against the wall, it was a rush to the finish by our waiter. She made sure that we knew that we only had an hour to get through our meal and the bottle of wine she just uncorked for us because they had “overbooked” tables. The food came out cold and my husband’s steak was under done, and the waitress never even asked which of the 2 sides we wanted and made an assumption. When we flagged her down the next time she passed, she made a big deal about how it was too late to change- even though she never asked. Just because you are unable to book the right number of tables you patrons should not have to bear the expense of poor service and quality. We left the restaurant agreeing that we will not be going back to Chamberlains for any sort of meaningful occasion in the future.

This was an absolutely amazing and impeccable Valentines Day experience!! From the beginning with the valet service, check-in with the host, and friendly & efficient service from our waiter Kyle, we could have not asked for a more perfect night. Each item that we chose (from Kyle’s recommendations) including appetizers, drinks (strong), main course and dessert were the chef’s kiss🤌🏽🤌🏽 After dinner, we went over to the cigar lounge which also was an amazing experience. It had a great vibe and ambience! Mr. Chamberlain himself even swung by and chatted with us, he was very charming! 10 out of 10 experience, we will definitely be back!!
