A local/chef owned steak and seafood concept, Chef Richard Chamberlain adds a culinary touch to regionally sourced aged prime beef, fresh fish & wild game. Combining friendly service and a warm comfortble atmosphere with specialties such as applewood smoked salmon, Texas wagyu potstickers, east coast oysters, lobster shrimp bisque, American bison strip loin, panko crusted lobster & filet mignon with whiskey peppercorn sauce. Five private dining rooms accommodating from 8, 24, 36, 55 & 100 people are available for private occasions such as anniversaries, corporate dinners & birthdays. Ask about our Chef cooking demonstrations for your group. Also check out our lounge next door featuring live music 5 nights a week. The Resturant consistently performs great service and well prepared delicious food. I’m gluten sensitive and that amazing nut crust coconut crème pie was the perfect ending to great evening.

The food was top-notch from the appetizers to the main course. Hands-down amongst the best. The ambience was stellar as there was a romantic feel for my wide and I. However, the only part of the evening that fell below 5-stars was the attention of our server. We had to wait extensive amounts of time for him to come by and just check on us. That wouldn't stop me from recommending Chamberlain's as it still lived up to the hype. Thanks for a pleasant evening.

Very accommodating and gracious hosts as my work dinner party kept adjusting headcount and timing. Dinner was delicious and food cooked perfectly.

Always great! Bacon wrapped filet with peppercorn sauce delicious and tender. Bacon nice extra. Beet salad also very nice.

This has been our favorite restaurant for close to 20 years and continues to be the best at everything they do. Richard Chamberlain has definitely created an amazing place to eat and celebrate special times.

Absolutely the best meal we have had for a few years. Waiter suggestion was spot on as the steak was perfect for both of us and the Brussel sprouts and potatoes were prepared excellent as well. You’re going to pay to eat here, but every once in a while it’s nice to do and this is the place to do it!
