Char is a Southern-style modern steakhouse offering USDA Prime and Choice cuts of meat, fresh seafood, home-style sides to share, weekday lunch specials, classic cocktails and an extensive wine and bourbon selection.     Cassidy was an amazing server. Something we know is hard to control was the location of our table. This is still our favorite restaurant in Huntsville

    Service and sides were excellent. Our filet steak did not not taste up to standards. Tender but not a good taste.

    Chat Huntsville is my go to for all professional dinners! The food is marvelous and the drinks are always delicious! Our server was fantastic! He never rushed us and was always there before we needed something. I highly recommend Char to anyone wanting a special dinner or wanting to impress someone. I would give more than 5 stars if I could!!!

    Me and my best friend came here for my birthday dinner. The service was amazing and our waiter made sure we had everything & assisted us with anything else we needed. The food was really good and cheap as well. I will definitely come back again. :)
