A dining experience like no other. Sit back, relax and enjoy the truly unique steakhouse atmosphere from our Gaucho chefs. Our variety of featured meats is seasoned to perfection and slow-roasted over an open flame to capture their individual flavor. The savory cuts of meat are presented on skewers and sliced tableside by our Gauchos. Let Charbroil Grill Brazilian Steakhouse treat you and your guests to our mouthwatering hot dishes. When you are ready for the main course, just use the token with the green side (please serve) or red (please stop serving) to signal our Gauchos to bring on the meats. We want to provide you with a wonderful dining experience and will take care of all your needs.

                                                                  We have been to Charbroil before and had better experiences with our previous visits. I'm not saying that the food or service was bad. This time, they just seemed a bit more rushed. The quality of the food was not as good as our previous visits either. Several of the meat choices had more fat and grissel than I thought they should have. The grilled shrimp were good but a bit tougher than they should have been. Might have to give it a bit more time before our next visit.

                                                                  Love the food and service. No sides though. I think there used to be table sides and I guess they’re all on the salad bar. It’s all in one big room so noise level is high. Great service

                                                                  There was some confusion about the availability of the buffet only option, which the waitress didn’t articulate when we ordered. My water glass was not filled promptly. Food was okay, I remember it being better, probably because we were there during lunch service.

                                                                  My daughter enjoyed her 30th birthday dinner. Food way tasty, service good. Total bill was a bit steep most likely due to the alcoholic beverages purchased by the birthday girl and her spouse.

                                                                  Had to constantly wait for the gauchos to come around with the meat…sign on the table said to limit our visit to 120 minutes, we were there more than that, and left a little hungry. Salad bar was very minimal. Not worth the $53pp.
