Charley's Steak House is owned by the Woodsby family and has operated in Florida since 1974. Charley’s serves only three-year-old USDA prime and choice Angus steers, aging them four to six weeks for tenderness & flavor and hand-cutting the steaks daily to ensure consistent quality. The steaks are then flame-broiled over Florida citrus and oak wood in a custom-built pit at 1200º searing in the tantalizing taste that has made Charley’s the #1 steakhouse in America every year since 2007! Charley’s philosophy of providing only the finest extends from the kitchen to the wine cellar. The wine list approaches 500 selections from scores of exceptional wineries around the globe. Charley’s has been recognized with numerous awards including “Best of Award of Excellence” from Wine Spectator magazine, DiRōNA and Orlando Magazine’s“ Best Steak House & Best Old Favorite”.     Our waiter was Bailee (spelling may be off) He was amazing! Very attentive but not overwhelming. He was very knowledgeable about the menu and gave solid recommendations.

    We had a great dining experience and our server Stacey was outstanding! The food was delicious and full of flavor. Always a top notch experience for celebrating occasions in our life.

    What an amazing staff. We enjoyed the filet and pork chops (best ever). Our sides were the scalloped potatoes and mushrooms! Incredible compliments to our perfectly cooked steak and chops. From the Valet staff to the kitchen they always over deliver and provide fantastic service. Definitely a do not miss if you are in the Centrel Florida area. 5 Stars!

    Service was below what was expected at this upscale restaurant. Water was filled upon arrival and then never again during the meal. Went to use a $50 open table reward and was instructed by a manager that they can’t take it without a physical card or barcode. Open table does not provide either one , only an email with all the information and instructions to the restaurant on how to process it! Probably won’t be going back to Charley’s!

    LOVE this place! Such a great experience every time we have been there. Kinda pricey but it’s so worth a splurge once in a while when you get such friendly service AND such great quality food!

    Only issue was requested mashed without garlic and they did have garlic. Other than that all excellent

    This was our first visit, and it will not be our last. Next trip to FL we will go back. From the time we walked in the door our experience was excellent. We were greeted by Jennifer who took us to our table and told us if we needed or had any questions just to ask for her. Our server Rachel was EXCELLENT. She provided us with a presentation of the steaks that were on the menu and explained of the different cuts to us. We started with the escargot which we shared. I ended up ordering the 8oz filet mignon with a colossal shrimp with a blue crab stuffing - absolutely excellent and the steak was good just the way I asked for. My husband ordered the 22oz bone-in Kansas City Strip along the colossal shrimp with a blue crab stuffing, once again the steak was good just the way my husband asked for. We order a side of the load lobster mac & cheese but ended up bring that home as the side is enough for a few people, plus we were full between our dinner and appetizer. Of course, even being full we did look at the dessert menu and we ended up ordering the cheesecake to go. I would highly recommend this restaurant not only for the great steaks, but the service.
