Charley's Steak House is owned by the Woodsby family and has operated in Florida since 1974. Charley’s serves only three-year-old USDA prime and choice Angus steers, aging them four to six weeks for tenderness & flavor and hand-cutting the steaks daily to ensure consistent quality. The steaks are then flame-broiled over Florida citrus and oak wood in a custom-built pit at 1200º searing in the tantalizing taste that has made Charley’s the #1 steakhouse in America every year since 2007! Charley’s philosophy of providing only the finest extends from the kitchen to the wine cellar. The wine list approaches 1000 selections from scores of exceptional wineries around the globe. Charley’s has been recognized with numerous awards including “Best of Award of Excellence” from Wine Spectator magazine, DiRōNA and Orlando Magazine’s“ Best Steak House & Best Old Favorite”.     We try to go to Charley's at least once a month. We had Rob and Delila as our servers. Our regular server was not in that night, but they did a great job. We had the grouper cheeks, and two filets,the cauliflower everything was delicious. Also had Saldo for my wine. Everything was great. I would recommend charleys to anybody that has not been there yet. It is also great for any occasion .

    It was a great experience and or server Antony did an absolute fantastic job. Do not know how it could've been any better. I highly recommend going here for a nice meal.

    We had a great experience at Charley’s! The staff was attentive and it was a great place for us to celebrate our 20th friendiversary! I really liked the menu and meat presentation. As someone who isn’t deeply knowledgeable in meat cuts it was great to know exactly what I was ordering.
