   We LOVE Charlie’s, but last night‘s meal was not up to their usual excellence. The escargot, our favorite, was bland and the sauce on the salmon over-whelmed the flavor of the fish. Service was fair

   excellent restaurant with handwritten menus - only fresh items are served and are very seafood oriented. the potatoes are incredible. the place does it all well - one of the nicest and also comfortable restaurants on the island

   Charlie’s is our favorite Hilton Head restaurant for all the right reasons: the food is always amazing, great service, and a super-pleasant atmosphere. Not cheap, but the experience is consistently wonderful and easily worth every penny!

   it has been a bit since we have been to Charlie's and it is still outstanding, one of the best restaurants on Hilton Head! Food and service are top notch!

   Incredible food and service. Jodi was our server - make sure to request her (although all the staff were friendly and very attentive). Highly recommend this place. Reservations suggested.

   We highly recommend this restaurant. We had a French martini, the sheep head fish with scalloped potatoes, salad and caramel cake for dessert. I would come back here in a heartbeat! Thanks Val for the excellent service!

   We are a repeat couple customer and always pleased at Charlie’s. Food, service, and atmosphere always first rate. A different lunch experience with the Yale Male A cappella performing for short periods in each dining room area was enjoyable.
