Pleasantly surprised by Charlie’s. Food and drinks were excellent for all four of us. Chef obviously procurs quality ingredients. Service was a bit sluggish, but it was a very busy Saturday night. Will definitely return.

We have been loyal Charlie’s customers for years. Our last dinner there was not your typical good meal. We ordered the special of fish and chips. The fish was overcooked and dry. When I asked our server he said he preferred the salmon fish and chips that the cod was drier. If we return we will order the prime rib which is always good.

First time to get to have lunch outside... always a treat. What I love about Charlies is one place I know I can get my burger/steak cooked rare!

Great place for lunch, big selection on the menu! Went with a group of six Women, everyone enjoyed their food, nice ambiance & great service.

Bread delivered AFTER dinner is served, utensils delivered several minutes after dinner is served, second cocktail was much smaller than the first at the same price, baked potato delivered without any toppings when the menu read "mashed potatoes", and the server didn't offer toppings. I had to ask. Iced tea was only refilled once and that was at the time the bill was delivered. My glass was empty when the food came out. I asked three times for a refill. Overall, the food was just okay. At this high price point, I expect better service and hot food. By the time we could eat our food, it was cold. This was our anniversary dinner and I relied on reviews. We will not be returning.

We enjoyed dining outside on the patio with the lake view. The service was not rushed. We were torn between having the Prime Rib Weekend special and the temping daily special of a half rack of lamb. We both opted for the lamb. It was served with an amazing couscous seasoned with some fragrant and flavorful spices and broccolini vegetables. The chef Robert Negressio stopped by our table to make sure that our food was prepared perfectly.
