HOTEL GUESTS: please call 415-735-7777 for reservations To reserve on Friday or Saturday evenings, a non-refundable $10 reservation fee per person will apply. This fee guarantee's seating space. In case of cancellation or no-show, the fee will not be refunded. Walk-ins are welcome any time but will be based on availability. We have been challenged with last-minute cancellations and no-shows, as our reservations appear more limited than they are in actuality. Our goal is an accurate depiction of our availability to allow our staff to better accommodate you. Please note on Friday & Saturday night (5pm - Close), reservations of 3 or more, a minimum food & beverage spend of $50 per person is required. We look forward to welcoming you!

We pad what we thought was a deposit of 20 USD only to learn it was fee to reserve. The service was slow and the server had no knowledge of the wines. Great view but would not recommend the bar

It would have been a great experience except for the $10 reservation fee they required on Friday and Satudray evening. What is up with that? I expected it to be credited to my bill but no. We arrived when the bar was empty and at no time were there not plenty of open seats. I understand reservations, I do not understand a $10 fee per person. On pure principle stay away. The roof bar was not full and there would have been no need for a reservation the evening and time we went there. Great place, sweet staff, greedy reservation fee policy.

It was not clear to me that the reservation charge would not be applied to our meal. Other places we have had a reservation charge, it only applied if you didn’t show or was otherwise credited to your meal. Everything was great otherwise and server was great.

We enjoyed unique SF views while enjoying delicious small plates. The sweet potato quesadilla was amazing and the service friendly and exceptional. A very very short walk to Civic Center Bart and Orpheum Theater.

Bonne experience comme toujours avec un serveur très sympathique (je ne dirais pas pareil de la serveuse !). Rapport qualité prix moyen : c’est chez pour les plats servis qui ne sont pas très copieux (je pense aux deux petits morceaux de halibut pour 20 USD). Pour l’ambiance !

Went to Charmaine's this weekend with 12 people to celebrate a special birthday. The experience was beyond my expectations! We had a lovely area inside on the sofa and chairs. The service was just right--not too slow and not too rushed. The food and drinks were superb. We didn't sit outdoors around the cozy firepits because of the size of our group, but the ambiance and views of the city were superb. Went early to catch the sunset and it did not disappoint.
