    Having booked this restaurant more than a month in advance with a note saying that we were celebrating our wedding anniversary we were incredibly disappointed to have been shown to dine in the bar in front of the meat grill (which is a very warm area to sit in). When asking the front of house staff whether it would be possible to change he said "no, you can go somewhere else if you don't like it because we are full", so we told him that we were celebrating a special occasion and if we couldn't sit elsewhere then we would simply leave. He called a colleague and they managed to "find" another table with the message that the table was only free until 10pm. That was of course fine with us and we proceeded to have dinner. This is a meat restaurant and having asked for the meat to be cooked medium rare it was delivered raw, but thankfully the restaurant fixed this - still very odd that they can't get a piece of meat that we paid €95 cooked per our request. This restaurant is missing a beat with its service. They need to do much better, be more attentive and take care of their diners, not treat them like a paycheck. At precisely 10pm the rude front of house staff came up and placed the bill in front of us, without saying a word. I doubt we will go back here, which is a shame since the previous 4 occasions when we've eaten there have been good.
