    We've been going to the Chart House for 25 years both casually and for special occasions. Over the last several years, we have had to wait at least 20 minutes to be seated, despite a reservation made months before. Last night was no exception, it took about 30 minutes to get our seat, and we noticed many open tables for 4 in the dining room once we were seated. It took another 10 minutes to have any service at all, prompted by my finding someone to help. Our server was quite good and apologetic and took steps to help despite a very slow turn time on drinks and food, and he made my daughter feel special on her birthday (thanks Josh). But the food was just average, with them tweaking what used to be an excellent caesar salad, along with a disappointing salmon special. While Chart House remains a great location, it is sad to see this decline in service and quality of the food, while maintaining very expensive prices. I don't normally leave reviews but this is my hometown and has become a trend here and I hope ownership takes some action. Meantime, there are many superior offerings in Annapolis for the price point so I would recommend going elsewhere for now.

    Great experience. We were seated within 5 min of arrival, food was all wonderful and the service was second to none. Great way to celebrate our 23rd anniversary. My highest recommendation.

    We went to Chart House for our anniversary. We couldn’t have been happier. The service was excellent without being overbearing. Our server, Sarah, was lovely. I would recommend this location to anyone. The food was well prepared and the wine selection was excellent.
