    The food was good. We started off with a great new appetizer. My prime rib was cooked too much but only a little too much. I asked for medium rare and it was of course medium. The waiter was nice but it lacked the warmth the restaurant usually has.

    We dined here Dec. 15th w/the same guests. The last time everyone had an outstanding dinner. This time two guests who had seafood dinners raved about their entrees. This time the two guests who had filets were slightly disappointed that their filets weren’t quite as tasty as they were in December.. I felt the mixed vegetables were undercooked while the asparagus was cooked perfectly . As always, the cheese crisps and sweet potato chips were to die for Our waiter Tom was great. He was very attentive, engaging, and entertaining. The bartender was very helpful in explaining to me how to mix the “not so old fashioned” which is top shelf. This time it was very good but not quite as sweet as the last time. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending The Chart House . I ❤️ the view, ambience, waitstaff. and the food is always very good.

    Started our evening at the bar for HH. What a great HH. Good appys and great drink prices. Once seated our service was VERY slow. Luckily we werent in a hurry but if had had evening plans we would have been a bit put off. Also very loud and drunk table next to us which affected the ambience. However food was excellent as always.

    Dinner was great. Chopped salad is a must. Crab cake is delicious as is the salmon. Be sure to get the lava cake for dessert. Our server, Ken, was wonderful. Attentive enough and certainly didn’t rush us.

    The manager and management at this restaurant are absolutely terrible. I ordered a steak , it was cooked wrong, they prepared a second one, in the mean time the other 3 people in our party were all done eating by the time mine was delivered. Then to make matters worse, my check reflected I was being charged twice which I refused to pay. A classy restaurant wouldn’t have even charged for one. It seems to be a pattern of extremely poor management as I’ve had problems previously at this restaurant. Not going back here anymore, I’ll go to Vic and Anthony’s
