    Very much enjoyed sitting by the window, the ambiance is very appealing. Restaurant and bar was not very busy, service was below what we expected. Our server was extremely nice but failed serve wine with the meal, he apologized but I felt he should have comped the wine due to the fact food and wine were not paired together. Wonderful place but clearly could use extra servers.

    Food service in the bar/lounge area for happy hour was very slow, even on a Monday at 5pm. Food and service when we were seated was good View was amazing, food was very good

    Bryce was our server. He was charming, polite, extremely attentive and got everything right for our orders. I have allergies so it was so lovely to get the right food for dinner the first time it was served.. we were treated by him as VIP’s!! Thank you Bryce! Thank you for the delicious food and the window seats of the ocean..

    The desk to register was manned by a poorly trained young woman. No welcome to the Chart House , no acknowledgement of my telling her we were long time members of the Landry Club. She was dour. The waitress Wendy was wonderful. The food was mediocre. When I told them we had a credit balance, they couldn’t find it. I will write the Landry Club. We will find another place next night out!

    Had 5 PM reservation for which we were on time. Made special request of a window view was not taken to a table till 5:20 PM with no window view. The waitress and the food were fine. The hostessing left a lot to be desired.

    Appetizer we ordered was forgotten about, and offered after we ate our meal. The shrimp scampi that was supposed to accompany the steak came out after we were done eating. The wrong steak was brought out (NY Strip vs Ribeye).
