    Bar server S. was super and attentive. Ordered oysters Rockefeller and special twin lobster tails. Came out at same time but S. intervened and made it all good.

    Hubby and I had a wonderful experience at Chart House for our New Year's eve dinner. The food and drinks were amazing, and we had a front row seat to the fireworks. Our server Jordan was outstanding. We can't wait to go again!

    We have been coming to Chart House for New Years Eve on and off for years. This year was, by far, the best experience we've ever had. They were timely with our reservation, the food was delicious and the service was outstanding. Also, have always loved the view.

    Pros ...The ambiance is beautiful and the hostess was very polite. Restaurant is very clean and peaceful. Cons.... Waited over 45 mins for food, lamb chops and steak was undercooked (specifically asked for mid well). Food is overpriced for portion. Basic service from server

    The food was absolutely worth the price! The way the flavors complemented one another with every bite just sent me into a state of euphoria! For a chain restaurant, it was amazing over looking the St. John's River!

    Always a great experience dining here. We live out of state but make it a point to frequent this wonderful restaurant when we are in Jacksonville.

    Christmas Day dinner at Chart House is the best! They were extremely busy, so we had to wait, even with reservations. But the service and food were excellent as always!!!
