    Server took forever to do everything. Never checked on us, never cleared our plates, never refilled our drinks. Food was expensive and uninspired. At first they sat my mother and I at a table with a booth on only one side, mind you there was nothing on the other side of the table so we were forced to sit next to each other. We requested to be moved, wherein we were sat at a very small, very low table with strange, uncomfortable chairs. The portions were small, and the apple pie was 1000% a freezer section wallmart pie served room temperature at best Wasnt the worst three hours of my life ive spent at a restaurant, but I wont be going back anytime soon.

    Service was perfect and the food and drinks were delicious. We did find a piece of plastic that was in a salad dressing container on the salad bar but the server and manager were very apologetic and were able to remedy the situation. We always have an enjoyable time each time we visit Charthouse.

    The atmosphere and food was good. The only complaint we have is the desserts we had. I had the chef's special butter cake and it was hard as a rock and very dry. The pumpkin pie my Mom had did not taste like pumpkin pie. It was very bland.

    Great views of the St. Johns River while dining. Food was great. A little pricey, but the quality of the atmosphere, service and food was worth it.

    The Chart House is always a friendly and elegant place to dine and Thanksgiving was no different. Our greeters and server (Angelique) were excellent- attentive and efficient. My only complaint was that the turkey was too salty, but that may just be me, I have been reducing my salt intake so perhaps I was not used to it. Regardless, I will always recommend the Chart House as one of the best restaurants in Jacksonville.

    I took my mother here to celebrate her recent retirement. The staff did such a great job of recognizing her important milestone and did so much to make the moment really special. And the food was absolutely amazing. Every thing we had was extremely well prepared and tasted incredible.

    We made a request for a window booth which was honored. The waiter,Wendy, was extremely attentive without being intrusive. We were able to enjoy an evening with service that matched our desired tempo. Food, drinks, service and ambiance all combined to make the experience exceptional!
