    They always know how to make the experience special. The little touches, like putting Happy Birthday on our menus. How the server knows what we had last time we were there. Love the birthday rewards also. They have a new immersive cocktail called Choreographed that they make for you table side.     FOOD OUTSTANDING SERVICE 10 🌟 NOISE LEVEL WHEN WE ARRIVED AT 7:30 was VERY LOUD--- BY 8:15--NOISE LEVEL DROPPED TO A MUCH LOWER LEVEL.

    We enjoyed having our work Christmas dinner at the Chart House. We had a party of 10 and the service was A+! The food - never have had a bad meal and last night did not disappoint! There were several first time Chart House diners with us last night and they were super impressed! I’m happy we picked the Chart House to host our special evening!

    The mash potatoes were cold . I shared that with the manager . I’m not sure if she passed it on to the kitchen. Our server was nice ,however , she forgot one of our desserts - literally we had competed the first dessert then we received the next ( after we asked ) , it was apiece of cheese cake - not hard to cut a slice and bring it out. We we arrived we Weren’t greeted for ten minutes after being seated . She also forgot to go packing after we asked . Perhaps she had too many tables ? I’ll be back - but for the price I would’ve appreciated a buy more personalized and efficient service . The food was good except for the cold mash potatoes And a lot of upselling - which I found annoying
