    Amazing food, Amazing service. Restaurant was very busy on Christmas day, but each staff member went out of their way to be friendly and personable. Will absolutely be going back!

    The restaurant atmosphere was nice, service was good but my steak was over cooked, mashed potatoes were cold and the other main meal was subpar too. Such a shame for a Christmas Eve dinner. The saving grace was the lobster bisque which was excellent! Too much mass produced food for a special night.

    The Chart House holiday menu and experience just cannot be topped. The chefs are amazing and or server, Shane, is the best we have had anywhere.

    XMAS Eve dinner was fine. I ordered an old fashioned and I suspect there was only a single shot of whiskey (as opposed to the standard two). It was a disappointing drink. After that, I simply drank water for the rest of the meal. Great view and meal was ok.

    We were disappointed with our special Christmas Eve late lunch today. Food was just okay although the menu was great. My steak was requested as medium and came out well done. The mashed potatoes were cold. They replace my meal but I was eating after my family had finished. My husband and son said their meals were ok but not in keeping with past quality at the Chart House. Beautiful view helped but this visit was disappointing overall.

    Prime rib was well done but was ordered pink, not bloody. Had to ask for 3rd straws, 3 people and gave 2 straws, asked twice for artificial sweeteners for tea, not informed desert came with meal. Never checked on the table after food was served. Coconut shrimp was excellent, salmon was good. Meat was a mess.
