    We booked a table of 6 for January 1st at 8pm, and were not seated until 8:40pm, with dinner being served 9:40pm, with no apologies. While waiting several tables of 5 were seated before us, and when I asked, they replied "we can only seat parties of 6 at certain tables (made no sense to me), but I waited. When we were finally seated, in a back, smelly, small room, the table was in a tight corner, smaller than the tables of 5 and cramped, looked like a closet. We ordered appetizers, and they were sold out of a few items (not very nice or an apology). The apps barely fit on our small table of 6, therefore, I suggest Management review their seating policy and have tables that actually fit 6 in the main dining room and not an afterthought closet. Our table was cramped with food -- clearly not a table of 6, so very poor planning on the Chart House team. - Our waiter, was fantastic, very attentive and on his game, so a big shout out to him for being so wonderful. The food (for the most part) was good, not great, but could have been for us being seated late and being served even later, so maybe we just got the leftovers. Sadly , this experience gave the Chart house chain a bad reputation and I will NOT be going back. I biggest call out when making your reservation of more than 6 people, request a table NOT IN THE CLOSET.

    Our server Allison was a sweetheart and so nice always checking in and made sure we were good with drinks and our meal she was very kind and I would be happy to have her as my server again 🫶

    Every dish prepared was excellent. The woman who was our server was outstanding. The bartender appeared agitated when I wanted a drink while waiting to be seated. When our table was ready, the bartender walked to the end of the bar where there were no customers, turning his back on me so I had to wait for another bartender to arrive so I could pay my bar bill, and then be seated. Great place for our family to celebrate New Year’s Day. We will definitely be back.

    Staff was extremely rude! We asked to move to another table with a view. We were told to get off our table and come to the front as a whole party….so we did just to be told they couldn’t move us because we didn’t have a party of 6! I also requested special accommodation for a birthday that was not honored. As a Landry reward member I was extremely disappointed!!

    We enjoyed a nice dinner at the Chart House. The food was great. The service was exemplary. It was packed and so the dining din was loud, but we’d do it again. The price is pretty steep, but it’s hard to beat the food and service.

    Excellent pre-dinner Bar Service by a super Bar Man who knew his profession very well! Produced superb Manhattan and Old Fashions! Just prior to Dinner at 7:00! Dinner was simply fantastic.. excellent service at table and in presenting wine to us..A very courteous ,friendly, professional, jolly young woman whom we were blessed to have serve and welcome us warmly..Stuffed Shrimp with Crabmeat, Coconut Shrimp, Filet Mignon, Salmon main courses were superb. Fine choice of wines..I was especially touched to see at the top of the Menu “Chart House Wishes you a Happy 76th Birthday” and again our Server kindly rolled them up for us to save as a memory of a delightful evening! Despite the horrible weather of beating down rain outside the ambiance and warmth enabled a sense of joy and happiness surrounded by other happy diners! A word too of thanks and appreciation to the Valet Servers whom cheerfully looked out for us! Can’t wait to dine with you again! Happy New Year to you all at Chart House!
