    The waiter, appetizer, and drinks were great but the food was terrible! Out of six people, not one of us enjoyed their entree… This was our Thanksgiving Dinner and it was very disappointing.

    Food not as good for a Thanksgiving dinner as their usual dining is. Turkey dry and cold, stuffing mushy and mixed veggies with fish dinner not very tasty. Great ambience and service.

    We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. We were in town to visit our son. We booked for Thanksgiving but we will definitely be back.

    Overall, I was disappointed. We often eat at the Chart House and typically have a great experience which is why I invited my family to join us there for Thanksgiving. We ordered the meatball appetizers (two orders) and they were cold. The prime rib which is typically outstanding, was thin and lacked flavor. The service was slow which was expected during a holiday. Overall, very uninspiring. We will come back for dinner but we won't bring a large group again. Disappointed.
