    We had a great family dinner at Chart House. The food was great. Our service was spectacular. Kevin was an absolute delight. He was attentive and charming. Chart House is becoming a family tradition!

    Everything was great, food was awesome! The restaurant is a bit too cold and the downstairs men’s bathroom is like walking into a freezer, those are the only bad things about my experience.

    Amazing Thanksgiving dinner! The preset menu had all our favorite choices. Great cocktails, fast service for such a busy night. Miranda was spot on an made our evening special! This will be our new tradition!

    How many thanksgivings have you done this now? You obviously knew how many reservations you would possibly have. How do you run out of thanksgiving dinner, and force us to order off the very minimal menu. I spent a whole lot of money on NOTHING.

    My experience at the Chart House Restaurant on Thanksgiving was very disappointing. 1. They ran out of the Thanksgiving dinners!! We had reservations at 7:15 pm and I ordered the traditional turkey dinner. After the appetizer and soup was done, I was told that the turkey dinners were all gone!! I could not believe it and had to order something else. 2. The pumpkin pie was the worst I had ever tasted. It was terrible and did not taste like pumpkin pie at all. 3. The decaf coffee they served had coffee grounds sludge at the bottom of our cups. We have dined at the Chart House on Thanksgiving before and have never had such bad dining experience.

    Turkey dinner was sub par, like something you would get at a hospital hot well station. Terrible. Only the mash potatoes and creamed spinach was okay. The salad, kale butternut squash was delicious, the lobster bisque also was delicious. Our service from staff was excellent and atmosphere wonderful. Was so disappointed in the Sysco turkey breast from a hotel pan steamer, terrible stove top stuffing, we expected better from such a fine establishment. As for value, the thanksgiving dinner was a sad disappointment and will never come again.

    Excellent dinner - dessert was really disappointing. For $78 pp fixe price, the dessert should’ve been plated in some way rather than just a cold piece of pie thrown onto a plate. So different from the rest of the meal which was created with care. Wait staff was excellent.
