    We’ve been to the Chart House many times , but this was by far our best experience. The food was delicious and Dani, our server was wonderful. She made us feel at home and our conversations were very pleasant.

    Amazing! Savannah goes above and beyond! Danielle (Dani) fantastic service. It was a birthday celebration for my husband and made certain it was memorable. We will definitely go again!

    A very good experience. It was my birthday. I had a personalized menu. The waitress was so nice and attentive and the food was good!

    Terrible. Terrible terrible. Good was below average. Waitress was the worse ever. Slow with everything. Forgot soooooo many things. Dropped food. Dropped. Silverware…. Cold mashed potatoes. Took for ever to get desert. Have been going to the chart house for an eternity. I will carry on and find a new establishment. Very very disappointing

    Food and service was fantastic! Required a gluten free menu that was provided with great options. I would recommend this location 100% of the time. Thank you Chart House Savannah - and the staff!

    Excellent designer drinks at the bar. Prime rib dinner upstairs along with service was outstanding. We are regulars for a reason.

    Started out by ordering cocktails, which was featured on the menu [Manhattan and a White Russian] out of liquor to make both of them! That took about 15 minutes to wait for waiter to tell us they couldn’t make 🤦🏼‍♀️. Then we ordered dinner - My husband tried to order 2 different meals , first 2 were some type of fish [on the menu] out of those. Then the waiter asked us if you wanted asparagus or spinach (Did not let us now it was a “up charge “. Sorry to say not a good experience!

    It’s unfortunate for me to be writing this, because we love Charthouse and have been coming here for years. Hopefully it was just a bad day for them, however, we’ll start with an unclean water glass, that had a lipstick mark upon arrival. Our appetizer, the spinach and artichoke dip, was served with some very stale chips. We sent this back and waited over 15 minutes for a new one, which arrived with fresh and crispier chips. The appetizer itself was good once we had good chips. We did wait over an hour for our entrees, had to inquire about them at one point. Dessert (lava cake) wasn’t great. On the plus side, management was very apologetic and gave us a free dessert and 10% off. Overall, it was okay, and we do hope it was just an off day for them.
