    1. Food was cold (filet mignon, potatoes, & Brussel) 2. Food was dry (because it was cold) 3. Girl at reception desk was on phone and did not recognize the person in front wanting to check in 4. The elevator line wait time is long 5. Reservations after 8:30pm will run out of food 6. We waited 40min AFTER ordering desert to be told they were out of ice cream 7. Lava cake was also Cold.

    Our waitstaff Stacey and Jarvis were amazing!! Stacey was out main waitress and she was class A top of the line! She endured our group was happy and had everything we needed.

    Amazing experience!. The view is awesome from the top and their service is also really good. The choco lava cake was really good and worth the wait!

    Our waitress was awesome and not bad to look at. She smelled great. If I were single.... The food was amazing. The price was great. I would take my wife every time ... New York has beautiful Greek women.

    Amazing drinks and food! Everything was great. I often dine at Landry’s restaurants (and am a dining member) and am always happy with everything. We went to Chart House for my Fathers 80th birthday and he was so happy!

    Everything we ordered was wonderful. There were five people in the party, and we all enjoyed the meal. Our server Tim was fantastic. We came for a birthday dinner and it was perfect.

    Great food. Lobster bisque, Caesar salad. Fantastic service and unbelievable views. Not crowded on Friday for lunch.

    The waiter was very good. The chef wouldn’t do as I would have liked as far as replacing the Caesar salad with the spinach salad (which was basically the same price if ordering separate) as a soup salad combo. Didn’t like the fish and chips, smash burger or fish sandwich but the clam chowder, the Caesar salad and the shrimp mac & cheese was very good.
