Authentic Creative and flavorful! Everything was so good and fresh. The server was so friendly and personable and explained what everything was and suggested a few things based on our likes. Service was very attentive and fast. And everything we ordered was very good. We started with the beef and tripe in chili oil even though it was something out of our comfort zone and were pleasantly surprised. Even our picky children liked it. The Herbal Tea Smoked Duck was awesome and full flavored. So was Sichuan Farmers Dry Pot Lamb. I would definitely recommend these two dishes. Ginger Shredded Duck was good but not as exciting as the other two dishes. We would definitely recommend this restaurant and we will be going again.請問這對你有幫助嗎？

Loved everything about Chef Tan. The food was fresh and delicious. Not the normal take out chinese! Our server was very knowledgeable about the menu, how the food was prepared and the spice level of each dish. All the servers made the experience very enjoyable. If you, or and your friends, love Chinese Food your in luck. This place just opened it's doors. Great selection of food, everything is FRESH! We were told everything is fresh, they don't have a freezer! Portions are in my estimation Gigantic enough to share a dish or take some home for lunch the next day.請問這對你有幫助嗎？
