FOUR is a luxe & intimate restaurant located in Oyster Bay, New York offering inventive, multi-course tasting menus. This immersive dining experience of 12-15 courses lasts approximately 2 and half hours. Chef Jesse Schenker executes his menu from an open kitchen surrounded by a chef's counter and serves up to ten guests per seating.
FOUR is housed in a restored shingle Cottage, where the first floor has been transformed into an exhibition kitchen with aesthetic homage to Scandinavian design. FOUR connects to 2 Spring by a winter garden inspired by the Ritz Paris which links it to the old industrial building. Cellars running under all three structures hold kitchens, wine cellars & services for the dining areas.
Due to the integrity of the menu, dietary preferences/aversions will not be accommodated. Some allergies may be accommodated, please immediately inquire to info@4springstreet.com prior to booking. Salt, soy, seaweed and seafood cannot be eliminated. Prices subject to change.

The 4 J’s have done it again..Jesse, James, Jared, and Jenni delivered a terrific NY Eve dinner! 15 courses of amazing, creative, delicious plates. There is no place we’d rather celebrate the New Year!
