    The food was fine, at best. The service was fine. But in my life, I have never seen what is purportedly a fine dining restaurant have steak knives that were so incredibly dull. The steak itself may have been okay (at best) but having to cut it with what might as well have been a plastic butter knife soured the entire experience. Given the outrageous prices, there are far better options in town for anything on the menu, but especially the steak and seafood. Kind of astounded.

    The entire staff was accommodating from start to finish. The reservation was easy to make and communication was thoroughly done to ensure a beautiful bridal dinner. Nice details were added to make our bride feel extra special. The food and drinks were delicious. Thank you for making it a lovely evening for our party of 13.

    Definitely not what I expected for a $300 meal. The food was very good, I have zero complaints on the quality, but I could have gotten the same thing for less at several other restaurants in New Orleans. It was not a $86 filet IMO. $15 for four stalks of asparagus was a little much. The staff was very personable and attentive, and easy to talk to. Multiple staff asked if we had allergies or dietary restrictions, which I highly appreciate. My reason for less than five stars is the fact that we were offered a glass of complimentary champagne for our anniversary celebration, then was charged $28 for said "complimentary" champagne. My biggest complaint is the atmosphere. For the Four Seasons, I expected a fine dining experience. I looked online where it stated the dress code was business casual, so that is what we went with. When I walked in I felt so overdressed. Every single other patron was wearing shorts and a t-shirt, with the exception of one gentleman wearing a tank top. It just wasn't the atmosphere I was expecting. If I do return, I'll be sure to break out my dress flip flops, and not accept anything "complimentary."

    Very good food and ambiance. Service leaves a little to be desired, waitress was kind of rude after she left the check on our table.

    Go for the view, go for drinks, just don't go for the food! Over an hour for our food and the $79 filet mignon was burnt and overcooked. Started out well with a complementary taste of wine for our anniversary. Kept saying our food would be out shortly when it was obviously not true. Table next to us arrived after us and ate their dinners before our food appeared. Redone filet undercooked but at least edible (fair). 2 mushroom slices and no taste of Marsala in our second entree. Manager apologized and did right by us in the end, but our celebration was disappointing.
