   Food was good. Server was friendly and timely. I would return when in Knoxville again. It was a little confusing finding downtown location because two different addresses was listed. I did call the restaurant for clarification and arrived at the correct location.

   The service was very welcoming, friendly and attentive. The food quality was very poor tasted like thawed frozen food.

   The server made several errors that were distracting to the meal. Cocktail was not delivered as ordered, had to be remade. Had to request a takeout box numerous times. Tickets were given to guests incorrectly, we to swap around. Gift card was taken off wrong ticket, tickets had to be redone. Not the standard of experience we usually get.

   Wonderful place for a good seafood meal. The smoked trout appetizer was outstanding as usual. We had a reservation and asked for a booth but they tried to seat us a small table and I am wearing a boot on my right foot so that would have been tight and no place to put my crutch or prop my leg so I asked to be moved and they did so right away. The drink my husband was served was not good, way too much ice, and not served properly for the type of drink so he told the waiter Jon Micheal and Jon Micheal said he would correct the bartender but still charged us for the drink! That was not cool. Thus the lower rating. Everything else was fabulous

   Great food, because it was Valentines Day, we were seated in an annex area (no complaints, we were seated early). Changed up the ambiance and service a bit, but I will still highly recommend the restaurant and location (Downtown, can't be beat.).
